What should you Know
- Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and a change of clothes.
- Activity not recommended for people with mobility problems, neck or back pain.
- Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions
- For snorkeling no experience is needed, but guests should know how to swim.
- We recommend joining us on weekdays, as Saturdays and Sundays may be very crowded on the island.
- Open bar and buffet limited to 90 minutes at the beach club.
Itinerary
10:20 – Pick up at your hotel lobby (optional)
Add transportation for only $250 pesos ($13 USD) per person.
We will confirm the exact time when you make your reservation. The driver will get off the van in the lobby of your hotel and you will be called by your name.
Applies to all hotels in Costa Mujeres, the hotel zone and downtown Cancun. If you are on Airbnb, we will provide a nearby meeting point.
10:50 – Check-in at the marina
Time to check in, meet your guide and boat, and hear a safety briefing.
11:00 – Let’s start our Catamaran Trip Cancun
Start your day sailing across the Caribbean on a comfortable catamaran.
11:30 – Snorkeling on the reef
A guided snorkeling session of 30 to 45 minutes on a colorful and calm reef. All equipment is provided, and a guide is in the water at all times with a buoy in case you need extra support.

12:30 – Sailing from Cancun to Isla Mujeres’ Beach Club
Beach club located right on the beach — no extra transportation needed.
90 minutes open bar and lunch buffet
Enjoy the beach and the ocean with open bar (beer, vodka, rum, tequila and soft drinks), and a delicious buffet with a salad bar, cochinita, chicken, paella, fish ceviche, pasta and a dessert bar.
2 extra hours to explore the island or keep enjoying the beach club.
This is where we stand out. You are free to leave the beach and rent a golf cart, go to the village, shop, or just stay at the beach club.
Drinks and food after the 90 minutes are not included.
16:00 – Catamaran Trip Cancun with music, drinks, and great vibes.
Sail through the most beautiful parts of the bay while the crew takes care of creating a tropical atmosphere. Remember that drinks are included at all times on the boat.
18:00 – 18:30 – Return to the marina
Your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
Cancellation policies
- Reschedule up to 24 hours before the tour at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- No show. If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late, no refund will be made.
- Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour and get a refund. A 5% transaction fee is not refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a no-show.

What's the minimum age to join the Cancun Catamaran Tour?
There’s no minimum age.
We recommend the tour for children ages 4 and up. We have safety equipment for children.
Toddlers under 4 years old can join at no extra cost. However, you should bring any necessary floaties or safety equipment and keep in mind that, since this is a shared tour, we can’t modify the experience in case a toddler feels uncomfortable or gets seasick.
Do you pickup from my hotel?
Pickup is available from any hotel in Cancun and Costa Mujeres.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, we’ll arrange an easy meeting point for a smooth pickup.
