BAD WEATHER
If there is an official announcement due to bad weather, enjoy your excursion another day or, if you prefer, we will give you a full refund (100%). In these cases, our team will contact you via the contact point we have registered (phone, email, SMS) to notify you and ask you about your decision.
CANCELLATION PERIODS
100% refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not take the tour, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling is free of charge, provided the request is made 24 hours before your activity. After this period, cancellation policies will apply.
Requests for schedule changes with 24-12 hours notice will incur a 50% penalty (subject to availability)
Non-rescheduling will take place with less than 12 hours notice.
CANCELLATION OF COMBOS AND PACKAGES
After redeeming the first activity, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling the second activity is possible and at no additional cost, upon request 24 hours in advance.
NO SHOW
Failure to make the tour or showing up on time at the meeting point will be considered a cancellation with a 100% penalty.
When using our shuttle service, pick-up times must be met punctually. Failure to show up during this time period will result in the van being driven away and will be considered a “NO SHOW”. A notice paper will be left in the lobby of your hotel and a photo will be sent to your email as proof.
You can reach our location on your own before the boat departure time, and if needed, we will arrange a hotel shuttle service.
RETURN TIMES AND SEQUENCE
Refunds must be requested by email to hola@islamujerescatamarantours.com. The refund will be processed and completed within 1-10 days depending on your payment method.
