Itinerary
08:00 – We pick you up at your hotel lobby
We will confirm the exact time when you make your reservation. The driver will get off the van in the lobby of your hotel and you will be called by your name.
Applies to all hotels in Playa del Carmen, Punta Maroma and Riviera Cancun. If you are on Airbnb, we will provide a nearby meeting point.
09:50 – Check-in at the marina
The waiver is signed and you are introduced to your guide, your boat and safety measures.
10:00 – We leave the dock
10:30 – Snorkeling on the reef
We do a guided snorkeling dive of 30 to 45 minutes on a colorful and calm reef. All equipment is provided and a guide is in the water at all times with a buoy in case you need extra support.
12:00 – Drop the anchor at Playa Norte!
Relax on our catamaran with a cocktail in hand soak up the sun, or dive into the crystal-clear waters of one of the Best Beaches in the World!
13:00 – Mexican Caribbean Lunch
Enjoy a tasty Mexican Caribbean buffet at a cozy beachside spot, savoring fresh local flavors in a tropical setting.
14:00 – Free time on the island
We give two hours of free time in which everyone can use their time as they wish, such as renting a golf cart, bicycle, motorcycle, going to the ruins, staying on the beach, buying crafts, or simply exploring.
16:00 – Sailing through the clearings towards Cancun with entertainment on board
We’ll head to the prettiest parts of the bay while the crew takes care of creating a tropical atmosphere. Remember that drinks are included at all times on the boat.
17:00 – Return to the marina
Your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
Cancellation policies
- Reschedule 24 hours before the tour at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Cancel 24 hours before the tour and get a refund. 20% transaction fee not refundable.
- No show. If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late, no refund will be made.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours will be considered a no show.
Additional information
- Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions
- For snorkeling no experience is needed, but guests should know how to swim.
- There are no lockers in the Catamaran or the beach club
- Golf Cart Rental is $35 USD and a +18 driver’s license is required
